PRIVACY

Any client’s picture, private information and document will be private and confidential; all the personal material will be used for the agreed purpose and service only and won’t be shared with any third party, if not allowed by the client itself.

Pictures are published on this website under clients’ permission.

All the reviews are genuine and reported from Facebook, Google or other medias.

 

BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION E MAILS

The final confirmation email will be our contract. It will be your responsibility to check the content of the email and the receipt of your confirmation will determine your agreement with services, dates and price service.

On making a booking and putting a session date on the calendar, you will receive a pre-order  e mail, followed by a confirmation e mail.

NO online payment service is offered. You will be asked to pay a deposit of the 20% of the total price via bank tranfer. The final payment of the service will be done at the end of the service in that particular date.

When booking a whole package, the wardrobe edit and the personal shopping are suggested to be done max 15 days apart, in order for you to receive the best customized service. If you’re unable to book the 2 sessions in 15 days, a possible extra fee could be applicable.

CANCELLATIONS

The customer will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% via arranged bank transfer after receiving the confirmation e mail of the appointment to finalise the booking correctly. This amount will be so taken out from the final price, which has to be paid on the date selected. Cancellations are possible, but the deposit will not be refounded, except from specific situations.  We kindly ASK TO TELL US the change at least 48 hours before the appointment. You help us keep our service professional and available to who needs it. Thank you for your cooperation.

BELONGINGS & PURCHASES

During the personal styling and shopping tour sessions the client is responsible for any personal belonging.

I won’t be responsible for any lost property.

I won’t be responsible for client’s change of mind, for goods defects or quality problems once the purchase in any boutique is done.

Anyway your feedback on the goods’ purchased during your personal shopping session will be very welcome.
